How To Order Your Unique Fire Surround.
First things first
Refer to the ‘Sizes’ details for your chosen design to measure your fireplace area, or ask a competent builder or joiner to do it for you.
Remember accurate measurements are vital at this stage, so please measure accurately and double check the dimensions.
Then get in touch – telephone 07788 102100 or email us – to discuss options and your requirements, and to confirm the price and agree a timescale.
When an order is placed with us you will receive an email with your invoice, order number and details of the product(s) you have ordered. We ask all customers to double check that what has been ordered is correct. We will allow 12 hours after ordering for you to check your order.
Next step is to ask your builder to remove your current fire surround (if you have one), or do it yourself. When your order is confirmed and initial payment terms settled, I’ll get started on your fire surround.
Deposit & Payment Methods
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of your chosen fire surround is required before we start work on it. We’ll send an invoice, payment of which can be made via Faster Payment bank transfer, BACS, Paypal or iZettle after we send you confirmation of the order. The remaining 50% and any non-standard delivery costs are due before we send the fireplace out to you.
